Our Phone service is partially restored. We are still experiencing a large number of phone calls. We still recommend that customers email us for faster service. We have several responses to the more common questions already prepared.
When you email us please include, which school your student attends, what trip they were signed up for, what their name was, and what was the name on the account. That will help us respond faster.
Please feel free to email us at info@tourservicesinc.com. We will respond to your email as quickly as we can and in the order it was received. It may take several days for a response. We ask that everyone be patient, we are doing the best we can and working as fast as possible. In the meantime, please stay safe and stay isolated.

In response to the shelter in place, our entire staff has been working from home. This has forced us to rely on a remote phone system provided by Verizon Wireless. As many of you have noticed, our voicemail box is full and reaching us via phone has been difficult. We are aware of this issue; unfortunately, this problem is being caused by the remote phone system becoming overburdened. We are working on a solution and hope to have phone support soon.
