You cannot have fun if you do not also have peace of mind. In our 30 years, we have seen it all. As a result, we always come prepared. If anything goes wrong, we have plans A, B, C, and all the way through Z to fix it.

At the end of the day, that is as complicated as it needs to be.

A little over 30 years ago, our late founder James Frederick, was a young teacher working on the south side of Chicago. Jim was asked to be a chaperon for his school's 8th grade field trip to Washington, D.C. A lover of adventures and traveling, Jim accepted the offer. By the end of the tour, Jim was dissatisfied with how the students were treated and by the service they received. Motivated by the challenge to "do it better," Jim asked for the opportunity to run the tour himself the following year. He set about designing a tour that was educational and fun. Jim did not want to organize a boring tour or a traditional vacation. He wanted to create an adventure that would inspire his students. The tour was a huge success and the rest is history. Carrying on Jim's legacy, we currently cater to corporate clients, schools of all grade levels, private organizations, and host our own public and private tours.

After 30 years, we have held on tight to our founding values. We believe that a tour can be much more than a school trip, a vacation, or a corporate outing. For every tour we organize, we aim to create an experience that inspires and will be remembered fondly for years to come.
